Shipping and Refund Policy - please read

Refunds:

No Refunds after 7 days you received the order. Only exchange.

We don’t accept  return money for babies, boys and girls. (only exchanges).

We don’t accept  return for International orders.

Return Policy:

If we make a mistake on your order, send us an e-mail at PUERTOPADREBEACH@GMAIL.COM  and we'll send a return label at no charge for you. We are responsible for the new shipping cost back to you.

If you make a  mistake  in sizes or colors, you will  pay the shipping cost, back and forward. Customers are responsible for shipping charges for returns or exchanges in this case.

IMPORTANT :

1-Items returned from a “Free Shipping Option” will be charged the shipping cost when returned or refunded.

2- Items must be unused in their original condition with all packaging materials, including labels and plastic bags.

3-We reserve the right to deny any returns and we will ship back at customer’s expense. If clients don't follow our return policy.

4-All returns or exchanges MUST be new with all tags attached.

5-Original shipping charges are non refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged. Same apply for overnight.

6-It is mandatory that you complete the Return Form, that we send you as paperwork. Complete that form with the order number, name, phone, your email and send it back to us with the exchanged items when completed. You can use the same envelope. Only change the Label.

7-Tailored or Custom - No return allowed.

OVERNIGHT ORDERS

We do not ship Saturday or Sunday.

We are located  in NEW JERSEY  258-260  12TH STREET PALISADES PARK NJ,07650. We ONLY SELL ONLINE. We do not have a physical Storefront.

If the Pack doesn't arrive on time. Contact us in order to open a carrier Claim in a proper manner. We are NOT responsible after provide you the tracking number, We will send the tracking number once we shipped. We will  use the email you provided us in your original order.

Some products on the Site are presented solely for promotional purposes and therefore are not intended for sale. Always call for more information.  The images, colors, tones and textures of the products offered for sale may, in some cases, not correspond with real colors, tones or textures of the actual products, due to the technical and or the resolution of the photo.  Under this, apparel items will not be liable for any variations in presentation, color, shade or texture of the product due to the technical reasons mentioned above.

Losses:

Once we receive the Delivery notice, from the post office system.  We assume the client received and accepted the merchandize. If any problem applies, you may contact your post office. If do not delivery at a PO Box. You are responsible of the merchandize. Once we send the tracking number the carrier is responsible of the pack,We are not.

Shipping terms and conditions:

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

ALL  orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping typically arrive in 3 to 10 business days from the date your order was captured by our system. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories could have longer transit times. International will take 5-20 days, depending on the shipping method applied. International shipping could have longer transit times depending on the shipping method applied.  

International:

You must contact your Customs (Aduana). In order to pay fees and get the merchandize.
